C ARTS is a focus for international independent arts at the Edinburgh Fringe each August, showcasing creativity, celebrating diversity, with a year round digital arts programme online. We’re interested in work that is innovative, unique, memorable; work that questions, imagines and inspires. We seek to create an environment where creation can flourish, and artists, practitioners and audiences can gain from their shared experiences. Our curated programme within an open-access festival at the Edinburgh Fringe each August and online features physical theatre, new writing, reimagined classics, dance, circus, music theatre, opera, cabaret, comedy, spoken word, poetry, puppetry, children's shows, talks and discussions, workshops and events, film and video, visual and performance art. We have developed a speciality hosting international companies and artists at the Fringe. Alongside a strong theatre, dance and music programme for all ages, we programme and programming interdisciplinary, physical and visual performance, immersive and interactive
work, experimental work and live arts, and site-specific and outdoor performance.
